What to expect during your session

Here is what we are doing to protect our clients and ourselves:

  1. Monitored office cleaning. Before, during and after our doors open, we clean all surfaces that may be touched, including floors, door handles and even clothes hangers.
  2. Washing hands. We are all strictly following a hand-washing protocol before and after each session and after touching any sheets, bottles, or any other objects that may have possible contamination.
  3. Wearing face masks. Our therapists will be wearing face masks. Although it is not a requirement, you are welcome to wear your own facemask.
  4. Clearing bad energy. These are stressful times. Let us take care of you! We encourage you to make an appointment and to allow yourself some time to escape the madness with a relaxing massage with the certainty of knowing you are safe in our squeaky clean rooms.
  5. No visitors. We ask that you come to your appointment alone, unless you require assistance or you are accompanying a minor. Our waiting room will be closed and visitors will need to wait in their cars during the client’s massage appointment.

Your massage will be done in a warm, quiet setting in a private room. Soft music will be playing to bring you to a deep level of relaxation. A licensed therapist will perform your massage. You will be in charge of your own treatment and great care will be taken to make sure you receive the best massage possible.
Massage is done with the client unclothed and covered completely with a sheet. If you wish, you may wear some amount of clothing for your own comfort. Only areas receiving treatment are uncovered. Total privacy and confidentiality are respected at all times.

Hot Stone Massage features the placement of smooth, water heated stones at key points on the body to allow for deeper relaxation of the muscles.

Prenatal Massage relieves headaches, alleviates backaches, enhances sleep, and reduces fatigue.

Trigger Point Therapy helps naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries. It also helps to relieve tight muscle areas that may be causing pain in other areas of the body.

Swedish Massage is designed to promote deep levels of relaxation and stress reduction bringing a feeling of well-being to the mind, body and spirit.

Cupping Therapy is a technique that uses small cups as suction that are placed on the skin to create negative pressure. The benefits include loosening muscles, improving the immune system, relieving back and neck pain, and reducing fatigue.

Facial Cupping uses smaller and softer cups that are placed on the face to gently massage the skin. The increase of blood flow allows the skin to become rejuvenated, strengthen skin and connective tissue, relax muscle tension, and increase oxygen rich blood circulation.
