Pay Your Bill Online

Online bill pay is a convenient and secure method of paying your bill at CMH. Make a payment now or learn more about making a one-time payment, setting up an account, setting up a short-term payment plan or switching to E-statements.

Pay Your Bill by Mail

To pay your bill by mail, send payments to the address listed on your billing statement. Include the tear-off form on the front of the statement with your payment.

Payment Plans

CMH offers a discount for qualified account balances that are paid in full in a timely manner. But if you need more time to pay your bill, we have options to help. Payment options are available for remaining balances.

Short-Term Payment Plans

Need a little extra time to pay your CMH account balance? Through our online bill pay, you can spread out your payments over four months with no interest.

Patient Financial Resources

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance is available for hospital and specialty clinic balances. It is available for patients who are uninsured and also can be applied to balances remaining after insurance payments. If approved, the patient qualifies for a percentage adjustment.

Rural Health Clinic Payment Sliding Fee Program

The Rural Health Clinic Payment Sliding Fee Discount Program helps reduce the cost of care at CMH's rural health clinics (primary care), including the CMH OB/GYN and Pediatric Clinic. This program only applies to patients without health insurance.

Drug Discount Program

As a participant in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program, CMH receives discounts on drugs purchased for use by CMH outpatients. We pass along a significant portion of these discounts to our patients. Apply online to find out if you are eligible for prescription drug discounts.

Medicare Assistance

Missouri SHIP is Missouri's official State Health Insurance Assistance entity, providing free, unbiased and confidential services for Medicare recipients. SHIP volunteers provide Medicare counseling in their local communities. Visit the SHIP website for more information.

Medicaid Assistance

If you do not have health insurance or you need help paying for your health care, you may be eligible for coverage through Missouri’s Medicaid program, called MO HealthNet. Eligibility depends on your income, age, health, and individual needs. You can learn more and apply for Medicaid online through the Missouri Department of Social Services.
