Jeanne Hoagland named Community Springs Healthcare Facility marketing coordinator
Community Springs Healthcare Facility welcomes Jeanne Hoagland to the facility as its long-term care marketing coordinator.
“I am very excited that Jeanne Hoagland has joined our team at Community Springs Healthcare Facility as its marketing coordinator,” said Beverly Derrickson, Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation chief operating officer. “Jeanne brings a knowledge of the community and a passion for healthcare in the region. We look forward to working with her to advance healthcare services in the region.”
Hoagland has 17 years of health care experience including 11 years in the primary care setting at Family Medical Care Clinic, El Dorado Springs and six years as the marketing coordinator for Cedar County Memorial Hospital, El Dorado Springs.
“Given the continued growth of CMH in southwest Missouri, it’s an honor to become a part of Community Springs,” said Hoagland.
Community Springs Healthcare Facility is a 105-bed Medicare/Medicaid licensed skilled nursing facility, which recently opened a 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit for residents with Alzheimer’s or other memory issues. The facility offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services and operates nearby independent living apartments. Community Springs is owned and operated by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation in Bolivar. Vautrin Cadel, LNHA, is the administrator.
