Stephens Pharmacy at Urbana provides telepharmacy services at Ozarks Community Health Center in Urbana. The pharmacy uses a HIPAA-compliant telepharmacy software platform for virtual prescription verification and live video counseling with patients.
A certified pharmacy technician is on-site. Patients at OCHC-Urbana can see a provider and pick up their medications before leaving the office.

Online refills are available without a Patient Portal account through a secure web page.
Order Refills through Rx Local
Prescription Renewals
If your prescription is out of refills, use the secure Patient Portal to request a prescription renewal from your doctor. This is available from any computer with internet access.
