Duplex-style and triplex-style apartments at Parkview Senior Living Community give seniors full independence with the convenience of assistance nearby. Parkview Health Care Facility is next door for daily activities. CMH primary care clinics, specialty physician clinics and Citizens Memorial Hospital are nearby.
Floor Plans
Duplex-style and triplex-style apartments include a one-bedroom, one-bathroom or a two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plan. Each apartment includes a covered patio and a one-car garage.

- Appliances including stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer
- Utilities, including electricity, water, sewer and trash, are included in your rent
- 24-hour emergency call service and maintenance

Rental Agreement
Independent living apartments are rented on a 12-month lease with a 30-day termination clause. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Individuals with impairment may have a pet that is used for disability purposes.
