The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living give the award for meeting quality and service standards.
Current Visitor Guidelines
Visitors at Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation long-term care and residential care facilities should follow these guidelines.
Learn more about guidelines for compassionate care visits. Read information that describes compassionate care visits allowed at health care facilities in accordance with 191.1400, RSMo. The statue is known as the Compassionate Care Visitation Act and No Patient Left Alone Act.
Floor Plans
Living options include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. View floor plans.
Each apartment includes window furnishings and is designed for functional, convenient use. All units include a private bath, living room and kitchenette. Basic furnishings are provided upon request at no additional charge. You also may bring your personal furnishings and accessories from home. Call lights are included in each apartment for immediate assistance.
Services Provided
Rehabilitation Services
BRCC offers rehabilitation services. Speech, physical and occupational therapy can be provided by visiting therapists, as ordered by your physician.
Nutritional Services
The nutritional services staff at BRCC work with a registered dietitian to provide BRCC residents three balanced and nutritional meals per day.
Activities
The activities staff provides opportunities for residents to be involved in daily activities, including:

- Outings
- Crafts
- Entertainment from musical groups
- Speakers
- Community activities for all skill levels
Residents actively engage in the Bolivar and CMH communities through service projects and intergenerational programs.
