Donation Request

Thank you for offering CMH the opportunity to support your organization.

All requests must be made through our online system. You must include the reason for the request, suggested amount, mailing address and contact information. Your request may not be considered if it does not include this information. Allow 30 to 60 days for us to review your request. A response will only be sent to those we have chosen to consider.

We receive countless requests for assistance from individuals and organizations with intentions and goals as worthy as yours. Unfortunately, we cannot assist them all. CMH makes a sincere effort to distribute our charitable budget in an equitable manner. We try to support as many different organizations as possible throughout the communities we serve.
