Healthy Balance Cooking Classes

This free class is held the 2nd Monday of every month from 5 - 6 p.m. in CMH Community Rooms, 1500 North Oakland, Bolivar.

Taught by a Registered Dietitian, the classes focus on healthier eating habits. Registration is required.
Registrants will be provided:

  • Nutrition information and tips.
  • Recipe packets with nutrition analysis.
  • Samples of food prepared.
  • A chance to win a door prize
