CMH promotes Breedlove to recruiting manager
Citizens Memorial in Bolivar promoted Nicole Breedlove to recruiting manager in Human Resources.
She started working at CMH as a recruiter in April 2021 and became a professional recruiter in March 2022. She now oversees five staff recruiters and creates recruiting initiatives and advertising campaigns. She also works with department managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Breedlove has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in healthcare business administration. Both degrees are from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar.
The Human Resources Department recruits employees for Citizens Memorial Hospital and the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation.
