Sarah Ramsey receives the October 2023 CMH TULIP Award

Sarah Ramsey, CNA, was the recipient of the October 2023 CMH TULIP Award. She is a certified nursing assistant at Citizens Memorial Hospital.

A colleague nominated her for the TULIP Award.

“Sarah is top-notch. She is always going the extra mile to ensure the floor has everything it needs,” the nomination states. “She goes all out to help anyone in need (patients, family and staff) on both shifts and in any department. She is one in a million. She never complains, and you know her work is done and done right.”

About the TULIP Award

Citizens Memorial Hospital/Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation created the TULIP Award in June 2021 to recognize outstanding caregivers who assist in direct patient care.

TULIP stands for Thoughtful, Unforgettable, Lasting Impact on Patient Care. The award committee selects one honoree each month.

The TULIP Award is given in conjunction with the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nursing. Nominate a patient caregiver for the CMH TULIP Award.
