September 2023 CMH TULIP Award goes to Rachael Dittrich

Rachael Dittrich, CNA, received the September 2023 CMH TULIP Award. She is a certified nursing assistant at Parkview Health Care Facility.

Her nomination for the TULIP Award came from a patient’s granddaughter.

“I would like to recognize Rachael for her outstanding care, attention and compassion with my grandma,” the granddaughter wrote. “We recently transitioned my grandma from assisted living to Parkview. It was a tough move with many challenges of being in a new place, physically declining, new routines, etc. Rachael became our go-to girl during the first few weeks. She is always understanding when something isn’t going well and is understanding and caring with her patients. She hustles like crazy and looks for extra ways to make her patients feel at home and comfortable. You can tell that Rachael takes great pride in her job and understands how meaningful she is to residents and their families.”
