Patients and community members with coronavirus-related questions including having possible symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to call 417-328-4300. The hotline is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This hotline is for non-emergency calls only.

Testing Locations

COVID-19 testing is available at CMH's primary care clinics and at Stephens Pharmacy in Bolivar. Stephens Pharmacy also is a test-to-treat location and can fill a prescription for qualified patients.

Emergency Care

If you have respiratory distress or you have an emergency and have COVID-19 symptoms, call our emergency department at 417-328-6301 and we will prepare for your arrival. If you are unable to call before you go to the emergency department, please inform the medical staff immediately upon arrival of your symptoms. For life threatening emergencies, call 911 and if possible put on a cloth face covering before medical help arrives.

Virtual Visits

CMH Virtual Visits are an option for patients with non-emergency illnesses. CMH offers access to health care through the convenience of virtual visits in the comfort of your home, which minimizes the potential of exposure to others. With a virtual visit, CMH providers can diagnose and treat patients for COVID-19 related symptoms and also common medical conditions like sore throat, sinus problems, stomachaches, nausea and vomiting, fever, skin problems and more – all from a secure video chat on a mobile device or desktop computer. For more information, visit www.citizensmemorial.com/VirtualVisits
