Colonial Springs Healthcare Center announces administrative changes

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center, Buffalo, announces recent administrative changes.

Jessica Rogers, RN, has been named the administrator for Colonial Springs effective Sept. 20. She has 22 years of resident care experience and previously was the director of nursing at Colonial Springs for two years. Rogers earned her nursing degree from Cox College of Nursing, Springfield, and is a licensed nursing home administrator.

Christine Legg, RN, was named the director of nursing, replacing Rogers, effective Sept. 6. She has 13 years of resident care experience and previously was the staff development coordinator at Colonial Springs. She earned her nursing degree from Ozarks Technical Community College, Springfield.

Kimberly Cash, RN, joined the Colonial Springs administrative team Aug. 3 as the staff development coordinator, replacing Legg. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Central Missouri and earned a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Phoenix.

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center is owned and operated by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation, Bolivar. It is a 134-bed skilled nursing facility that includes a 34-bed memory care unit as well as a 16-bed high function memory care unit, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, and one- and two-bed independent living apartments.
