CMH offers Virtual Visits

CMH care in the comfort of your home

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is now offering access to health care through the convenience of Virtual Visits. With a virtual visit, CMH providers can diagnose and treat patients for common medical conditions like sore throat, sinus problems, stomachaches, nausea and vomiting, fever, skin problems and sports injuries – all from a secure video chat on a mobile device or desktop computer.

Virtual visits are $25 self-pay flat rate, no hidden fees, no extra charges and no hassle with insurance.

“With the potential of coronavirus arriving in southwest Missouri, now is an excellent time for people to use our virtual visits to seek care,” says Michael Calhoun, chief operating officer for CMH hospital and clinics. “If you have a non-emergency illness, connecting virtually to a medical provider can help you avoid spreading germs or catching a more serious illness.”

Virtual Visit Directions

From a computer, log in to the Patient Portal using the link at citizensmemorial.com, click on Appointments, click on Schedule Appointment or Virtual Visit, then Virtual Visit, and then continue to follow the screen instructions.

If you use a smartphone or tablet, you will need to download the Meditech MHealth app. If you do not have a Patient Portal account, but have had a visit at CMH, go to www.citizensmemorial.com and register for a Patient Portal account.

Contact CMH Health Information Management at 417-328-6304 and ask to register for the Patient Portal if you have never had a previous medical appointment at CMH.
