Dr. Bravata earns addiction medicine board certification

Kurt Bravata, M.D., family medicine and addiction specialist with Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH), has earned board certification by the American Board of Preventative Medicine in the subspecialty of Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Bravata is the Medical Director of the CMH Addiction Recovery Program located at Southside Behavioral Health in Bolivar, and practices family medicine at Dallas County Family Medical Center in Buffalo. His medical practice includes family medicine, geriatric care, pediatrics, and addiction recovery.

A graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Dr. Bravata completed an internship and residency in family practice and general medicine at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, Bronx, New York. He joined the CMH medical staff in August 2013.
