Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) and Dallas County Family Medical Center announce the appointment of Clinical Neuropsychologist Robert D. Forsyth, Ph.D., to the CMH medical staff.

Forsyth joins Psychiatrist Angela Olomon, D.O., and Psychologists Richard Adams, Psy.D., and Paul Iles Jr., Psy.D., on the behavioral health team at Dallas County Family Medical Center

Dr. Forsyth earned a doctorate in psychology and counseling and completed an internship in psychology at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. He also completed a residency in clinical psychology at Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, Springfield. He is a Diplomate with the American Psychological Association College of Professional Psychology and is board certified in the treatment of alcohol/psychoactive substance abuse disorders by the American Board of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Forsyth is a consulting neuropsychologist for several area health care organizations including Lakeland Behavioral Health, CoxHealth, and Mercy Hospital Springfield. He specializes in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, substance abuse, disability, and geriatric evaluations.
