Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar is offering a new service called “Welcome to CMH” visit at Osceola Medical Center. The welcome visit allows new patients to be seen while they’re establishing care with a primary care provider. Appointments are available often within the same week, Monday - Thursday.

“Transitioning to a new medical provider can often be an intimidating and difficult journey,” says Eran Dawson, clinic manager of Osceola Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic. “We hope by offering this new ‘welcome visit’ it can make that transition easier and seamless for new patients.”

During the welcome visit patients can update their health records, have medications refilled, and complete labs and diagnostic testing if necessary while connecting with a member of the care team.
