Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) and Butterfield Park Medical Center welcomes Licensed Clinical Social Worker Rachel Grainger.

She joins clinical psychologist, Stephen Finzo, Psy.D., at Butterfield Park Medical Center, Bolivar.

Grainger has worked for CMH since 2011 as a social worker in the hospital and CMH Home Care Services, and was a member of the Behavioral Assessment Team for the CMH Emergency Department. Grainger is also an adjunct instructor at Southwest Baptist University.

Grainger received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in social work from Missouri State University, Springfield, and earned her licensure in social work in 2017. Grainger can treat patients for behavioral health concerns such as grief, trauma, suicide ideation and substance abuse. Through individual treatment planning she empowers patients to have healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.
