CMH drug addiction program moves to Bolivar

Citizens Memorial Hospital will move its addiction recovery program to Bolivar on Aug 1. Previously located at Dallas County Family Medical Center in Buffalo, the program is relocating to Southside Medical Center-Behavioral Health, which is located in the lower level of Southside Medical Center, 1120  S. Springfield Ave., Bolivar.

The program medical staff includes Medical Director Kurt Bravata, M.D., board certified family medicine physician, and Kelly Watson, FNP-BC, board certified family nurse practitioner.

Dr. Bravata will continue his family medicine practice as Dallas County Family Medical Center in addition to treating patients in the CMH Addiction Recovery Program. Watson also sees patients at CMH Institute of Pain Management, Bolivar.
