Andie Jones receives the December 2025 CMH TULIP Award
Citizens Memorial Hospital presented Andie Jones with the December 2025 CMH TULIP Award. Jones is a registered medication technician at Ash Grove Healthcare Facility.
Jones was nominated by a resident at the facility who recognized her compassion, patience and commitment to serving others.
“Andie goes above and beyond for the residents,” the resident wrote in the nomination. “She came in early to give showers to residents. When a person receives new medication, she explains fully the ins and outs of it. She is exceptional with the residents.”
The nomination also highlighted Jones’ calm and steady demeanor in challenging situations. The resident shared that even when faced with difficult behaviors, “she never lost her cool.” In addition to her daily responsibilities, Jones has shopped for residents, participates in spirit activities and is well-liked by both her peers and residents.
“She is a role model for all of us,” the resident added.
