CMH Auxiliary hosting linen sale Nov. 12-13
The Citizens Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will host a linen sale from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, and 7 a.m.to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, on the second floor of the Kerry and Synda Douglas Medical Center, 1155 W. Parkview St. in Bolivar.
The sale features a wide selection of items, including bed sheets in more than 20 colors, baby blankets, fantasy blankets, plush blankets, cool gel pillows, glow-in-the-dark throws, quilt sets, hooded throws and more.
Proceeds benefit the CMH Auxiliary and help fund special projects at CMH. The auxiliary includes 300 volunteers who donate more than 28,000 hours annually. Volunteers support CMH in a variety of ways, from staffing information desks to organizing fundraising events. In the past year, the auxiliary donated more than $89,000 to CMH for purchases that improve the patient experience.
