Free Cognitive Screenings offered April 10 at Henry County Health Center

Medicare recommends individuals aged 65 and older undergo yearly screenings for cognitive impairment. Younger adults experiencing concerns or symptoms should also be screened. Early detection of cognitive impairment is vital for timely intervention and planning.

The Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) Research Department and the Missouri Memory Center in Bolivar, Missouri, will host Free Cognitive Screenings on April 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Henry County Health Center, 111 N. 3rd St., in Clinton. Pre-registration is required; call 660-885-8193 to schedule. View the flyer.

The screenings, administered by trained staff and lasting about 30 minutes, provide immediate results for discussion with primary care providers.
