February 2024 CMH TULIP Award goes to Olivia Cox

Olivia Cox, CNA, is the February 2024 CMH TULIP Award recipient. She is a certified nursing assistant at Parkview Health Care Facility in Bolivar.

A resident’s family member nominated her for the TULIP Award.

“Olivia treats her residents with kindness and compassion. She is always timely and gives excellent care. I always observe her anticipating a resident’s needs, using encouraging words, and reaffirming that they are in good hands. Olivia never acts like she doesn’t have time for her residents and their families, and she asks them if they need anything else before she leaves. I notice that she takes the time to make things extra special including baths in the evenings, neatly folding pajamas, and getting to know her residents. Every time she works a shift, my family member mentions what an excellent caregiver she is!”

About the TULIP Award
