CMH appoints five new directors

Citizens Memorial Hospital announces the appointment of five new directors.

Courtney BolandCourtney Boland, RN, MSN is the director of the Intensive Care Unit/Telemetry. Boland has been with CMH since 2016 and brings experience from previous roles at the Dallas County Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic in Buffalo and the ICU at the hospital. She previously served as the ICU night house supervisor since December 2022. Boland holds an associate degree in nursing from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar and a master’s degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jordan HembreeJordan Hembree is the director of Pre-Hospital Services, where he oversees all aspects of pre-hospital care in Polk, Hickory, Cedar and St. Clair counties. He also supervises EMS education and the Mobile Integrated Healthcare program. Hembree’s extensive career in emergency services began in 2006. Since that time he has worked as a paramedic for CMH from 2009-2015 and most recently for CoxHealth EMS in Springfield. He has a bachelor’s degree from Drury University in Springfield, and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire. He is a doctoral candidate in business administration at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. His doctoral research project is focused on Mobile Integrated Health.

Tiffney MartinTiffney Martin, RN, is the director of The Birth Place, overseeing the labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum unit. Martin has been with CMH since 2015 working as a charge nurse and house supervisor and in The Birth Place since 2018. She holds an associate degree in nursing from Bolivar Technical College and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University.

Tanya MincksTanya Mincks, RN, is the director of Parkview Geriatric Wellness and brings eight years of behavioral health nursing experience. Mincks holds an associate degree in nursing from Cox College in Springfield.

Jami SandersJami Sanders, RN, is the director of the Emergency Department, where she oversees daily operations. Sanders has a diverse nursing background, including experience in Medical-Surgical and ICU departments, a leadership role as house supervisor at CMH, and as a travel nurse. She holds an associate degree in nursing from Bolivar Technical College.
