Kristin Waugh, FNP-C, joins Pleasant Hope Family Medical Center
Citizens Memorial Hospital and Pleasant Hope Family Medical Center welcome Kristin L. Waugh, FNP-C, to the medical staff.
Waugh has 12 years of clinical nursing experience. She spent the past eight years working as a family nurse practitioner in the Kansas City, Missouri, area and most recently worked at Harrisonville Family Medicine in Harrisonville.
Waugh earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Science in family nurse practitioner from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Waugh joins Kevin Presley, D.O., at Pleasant Hope Family Medical Center. As a family nurse practitioner, she can see patients for acute illness or injury, wellness visits, allergies, colds, coughs and influenza, minor burns, fractures, sprains, strains and minor laceration repair. Waugh also offers joint injections and manages chronic illnesses.
