CMH Auxiliary to hold annual bake sale Nov. 17
The Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) Auxiliary will host its annual Bake Sale on Friday, Nov. 17, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the CMH Community Rooms.
CMH employees and the public are invited to stop by and purchase locally-made baked goods to support the CMH Auxiliary. Sweet breads, yeast breads, cakes, pies, coffee cakes, candy, and more will be available at the sale.
“We hope everyone stops by to purchase some baked goods, especially with Thanksgiving next week,” says Shantelle Posten, CMH director of volunteers.
According to Posten, this is the 40th annual bake sale for the Auxiliary, and it is one of their main fundraisers.
All sales fund CMH Auxiliary special projects, including Tremain Family Hospitality House, Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center, Citizens Memorial Hospital, Douglas Medical Center and CMH Long-Term Care Facilities.
