Dallas County Family Medical Center to offer free sports physicals Aug. 4
Dallas County Family Medical Center will offer free sports physicals to student-athletes on Friday, Aug. 4, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted. To schedule an appointment, call Dallas County Family Medical Center at 417-345-6100.
The sports physicals are free on the specified date and times listed only. On all other days, walk-in or scheduled appointments for sports physicals are $44 (payment is due at the time of service).
For student-athletes who also need a wellness examination, the sports physical paperwork can be completed during the wellness appointment. Most insurance plans cover a wellness exam once per calendar year at no cost. Call the clinic to schedule an appointment and for more information.
