Butterfield Apartments feature all-electric, one-bedroom, one-bath apartments with a full kitchen and living room.

You may join the residents and staff of CMH for dining, request meals to be delivered to your home (for a nominal fee) or you may cook in your own home.

Monthly rent includes all utilities, trash pick-up, water and grounds maintenance, as well as any necessary maintenance inside the apartment.
