College Scholarships

At Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation, we believe in fostering the educational aspirations of our local students. We want to empower and support the academic journeys of talented individuals within our community. The Foundation currently offers two scholarships:

  • Medical Excellence Scholarship for students from the CMH service area who are interested in working in the medical field.
  • Club 1982 Employee, Children and Grandchildren Scholarship to assist students entering any field or trade.

Medical Excellence Scholarship

The CMH Foundation established the Medical Excellence Scholarship in 1990 to help individuals pursuing degrees or certifications in medical-related careers. The Annual CMH Foundation Medical Excellence Golf Classic raises money for the scholarship.

Application Deadline

Submit completed CMH Medical Excellence Scholarship applications to CMH Human Resources by 5 p.m. on the last day of February. Late applications will not be accepted. Scholarship winners will be selected by late April.
