Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility, CMHCF, is a  Medicare and Medicaid certified facility and the first skilled nursing facility in the nation to be awarded Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Merit and Star Status through the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). Licensed therapists assist residents in regaining their daily living skills to return home and support groups are available to assist family members and enhance the quality of time shared with their loved ones.

Butterfield Apartments feature one bedroom, one bath apartments with a full kitchen and living room. They are equiped with a call light for 24-hour-a-day emergency response.
