Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nursing care facilities provide short and long-term stays. Short-term stays may be required after discharge from a hospital setting, when 24-hour care is needed for nursing and/or rehabilitation. Long-term stays may be necessary for those individuals needing routine medical assistance.
CMH’s facilities provide a safe, comfortable and pleasant living environment; however, our staff strongly encourages patient independence and high quality of life. We offer private and semi-private rooms with 24-hour medical care, full activities program with outings, prepared meals and additional resident and family services. All of our Long-term skilled nursing facilities have been awarded Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star Status by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Missouri's Omnibus Nursing Home Act specifically outlines a basic set of "resident rights." Every facility must inform residents of these upon being admitted and must protect and promote these rights for all residents. You can view our Resident Rights by clicking here.
