The center offers uniquely qualified medical staff to offer advanced outpatient treatments such as surgical debridement, and grafting to provide a higher rate of healing.

A chronic, non-healing wound is one that does not heal or significantly improve within four weeks. The most common chronic and non-healing wounds can result from conditions such as diabetes, poor circulation, trauma, vascular disease and immobility. The Wound Center's goal is to heal the wound and focus on amputation minimization and prevention.
