Our philosophy is to care for those in need with an integrated plan that includes a broad range of services that minister to the physical, as well as the mental, spiritual and social needs of our residents. In 1998, Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility became the first skilled nursing facility in the nation to be awarded Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Merit Status and Star Status by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), a government agency that recognizes companies that have met national safety and health requirements. In addition, our other facilities have been awarded for their employee safety programs. This attention to facility and employee safety, means that you can rest assured your loved one will receive quality care from trained professionals.
