The 5,348 square foot facility formerly housed Stockton Family Medical Center and is located at 810 South Street in Stockton.

“The Stockton R1 School District is very grateful for the donation of the building and very appreciative of CMH's support of the Stockton community as a whole,” says Dr. Shannon D. Snow, superintendent of the Stockton R-1 School District.

“We are excited to support the Stockton R-1 School District,” says Donald J. Babb, chief executive officer/executive director of CMH. “This building is conveniently located across the street from the school and will be an excellent fit for future education program expansion.”

The former clinic was built in the 1990s and was used until 2011 when Stockton Family Medical Center moved to its new location at 1521 S. Third Street, Stockton. The Stockton School District plans to use the facility for its alternative school.
