CMH welcomes Ennis and Morey to medical staff

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) welcomes two new nurse practitioners to the medical staff.

Amber Ennis, DNP-FNP, B.C., will join board certified family medicine physician, Paul Stortz, M.D., and Marcy K. Powell, FNP, B.C., FNP-C, at Southside Medical Center on Aug. 18. She also works as a clinical instructor at Bolivar Technical College. Southside Medical Center is located at 1120 S. Springfield, Bolivar.

Jocelyn Morey, NP-C, joined Mandy D’Agostino, NP-C, Joseph Follis, FNP-BC, and Ryan Pock, PA-C at the CMH Walk-In Clinic on July 19. She previously worked as a registered nurse at the CMH Emergency Department in Bolivar. The CMH Walk-In Clinic is located at 2230 S. Springfield, Suite H-J, Bolivar.

Ennis earned her nursing degree from St. John’s School of Nursing, Springfield. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southwest Baptist University and a doctoral degree in nursing practice (DNP) – family nurse practitioner (FNP) from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Morey earn her nursing degree from St. John’s School of Nursing, Springfield. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southwest Baptist University and a master’s degree in nursing (family nurse practitioner) from Maryville University, St. Louis.

Both Ennis and Morey can see patients for sudden illness or injury, allergies, cold, cough and flu, minor burns, fractures, sprains and strains, and minor laceration repair.

CMH clinics accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. To schedule an appointment with Ennis, call Southside Medical Center at 417-326-7814. The CMH Walk-In Clinic is open daily from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. and no appointments are necessary. Call 417-777-4800 for more information about Morey.
