CMH physical therapists receive national certifications
Two physical therapists at Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) Therapy Services have received national certifications.
Robert Behnke, PT, MPT
Robert Behnke, PT, MPT, is certified by Matheson, an industry leader in occupational healthcare and ergonomics/safety training. The training includes Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE), which is an evaluation of an injured worker or accident victim in the areas of strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and physical effort.
Behnke, Outpatient Clinic Supervisor and Occupational Health Coordinator at CMH Therapy Services, has more than 23 years physical therapy experience and has been at CMH since 1994.
Scott Daniel, PT, MPT
Scott Daniel, PT, MPT, received certification by the Lymphology Association of North American (LANA) in treating Lymphedema. LANA certification allows lymphedema patients to identify therapists who have at least 135 hours of training through a qualified program that has honed their lymphedema therapy skills. The LANA certified therapist has passed a voluntary certification examination that tests the therapist’s knowledge of lymphedema management.
Daniel is a physical therapist at CMH Outpatient Therapy Services and has more than 17 years experience in physical therapy. He has been at CMH since 2007.
