CMH welcomes two new board-certified physicians
Dr. Bayazed, hospitalist, and Dr. Swann, dermatologist, join Citizens Memorial
Citizens Memorial Hospital welcomes two new physicians to the CMH family.
Hospitalist Bassil Bayazed, M.D., is a graduate of Aleppo University Facility of Medicine, Aleppo, Syria. He completed an internship and residency at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Ind.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Bayazed is the medical director of the Hospitalist program at CMH. He previously worked part-time at CMH and also worked at Mercy Hospital, Springfield. Dermatologist James H. Swann, D.O., is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, Kirksville, Mo. He completed an internship at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., and a preceptorship in dermatology under Don Koprince, D.O., in Royal Oak, Mich.
Dr. Swann is board-certified in dermatology and his practice includes adult and child dermatology, skin cancer and precancerous growth, acne, warts and psoriasis, cryosurgery, lesion removal, full body skin examinations, skin rashes in adults and children, benign and malignant skin lesions, allergic skin disorders, photo-induced skin disorders, blistering skin diseases, pigmentary disorders, and viral and fungal infections of the skin.
Dr. Swann begins his practice at CMH on June 3 and is accepting new patients at CMH Dermatology Clinic, 1300 North Oakland, Bolivar. A welcome reception for Dr. Swann will be held at on June 3 from 3 – 4 p.m. in CMH Community Rooms 2 and 3, 1500 North Oakland, Bolivar.
