Walk-in appointment hours offered at CMH Stockton Family Medical Center

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Stockton Family Medical Center (SFMC) will begin offering walk-in clinic hours beginning Jan. 23.  Clinic staff will be available 8 – 10 a.m. Monday thru Friday to see walk-in patients with minor illness or injury.

SFMC is located at 1521 S. Third St.  The facility has more than 12,000 square feet of space on two levels. The upper level includes the offices of Dennis Boeke, D.O., Steven Butcher, D.O., and family nurse practitioner Kim Miller, R.N., FNP. The clinic features eight treatment rooms, a laboratory, and X-ray and counseling services.  The lower level includes Stockton Rehabilitation Clinic and Stockton Home Medical Equipment.
