Freedom Food Drive

June 25 – July 6 we will host a CMH “Freedom Food Drive.”  Area food pantries are experiencing extreme shortages over the summer.  What a great opportunity to show how much CMH cares!  

Items collected will stay and help the community it was donated in (example: Ash Grove collections stay in Ash Grove and Bolivar will stay in Bolivar).  Official CMH bins will be placed at all of the long-term care facilities and a bin will be located at the CMH cafeteria.

The food pantries have the following needs:

• Personal Items (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss)
• Household Items (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and cleaning supplies)
• After School Food Items & Snacks (granola bars, microwave meals, popcorn, crackers & cheese, etc.)

We hope to collect at least 1,000 items!  During our November drive, we collected 1, 554 items.
