“Healthy Eating – Making it a Lifestyle” the topic at CMH Lunch & Learn March 3

Learn about health cooking, reading nutrition labels, food safety, grocery shopping and serving sizes.

Citizens Memorial Healthcare (CMH) Nutritional Services and the Polk County Health Department (PCHD) will be the featured speakers at a free Lunch and Learn seminar hosted by CMH March 3, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CMH Community Rooms. 

CMH and PCHD will present on “Healthy Eating – Making it a Lifestyle.”  Discussion topics will include health cooking, reading nutrition labels, food safety, grocery shopping and serving sizes.  The Lunch and Learn is offered free of charge and includes a light lunch.  Seating is limited and reservations are required.  To RSVP or for more information, contact the CMH Information Center at 417-328-6010 or 888-328-6010.
