Citizens Memorial Healthcare (CMH) Nutritional Services and the Polk County Health Department (PCHD) will be the featured speakers at a free Lunch and Learn seminar hosted by CMH March 3, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CMH Community Rooms.
CMH and PCHD will present on “Healthy Eating – Making it a Lifestyle.” Discussion topics will include health cooking, reading nutrition labels, food safety, grocery shopping and serving sizes. The Lunch and Learn is offered free of charge and includes a light lunch. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
