CMH Women’s Cancer Support Group meeting to be held April 4

Managing stress and stress reduction techniques are this month's topics

Citizens Memorial Healthcare is sponsoring a women’s cancer support group for survivors and family members on Monday, April 4 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center at CMH. The group meets the first Monday of each month. The featured speaker is Angelia Ham, MSW, from the University of Missouri Extension. The topic is managing stress. Ham will address how to recognize and manage stress, and stress reduction techniques all related to dealing with cancer.
