CMH to host autism Lunch and Learn Sept. 15

Information presented on pediatric therapy options for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Citizens Memorial Healthcare (CMH) will host a free autism Lunch and Learn seminar on Thursday, Sept. 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CMH Community Rooms.  Information will be presented by speech therapist Michelle Parsons and occupational therapist Dee Blakemore.  Both therapists specialize in pediatrics at CMH Rehabilitation Services. 

The Lunch and Learn is an opportunity for caregivers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (Pervasive Developmental Disorder – Not Otherwise Specified, Asperger Syndrome, Rett Syndrome and Childhood Disintegrative Disorder) to connect with one another, learn about therapy options and insurance coverage.
