CMH Senior Health Center to offer new floor exercise class

The CMH Senior Health Center will be offering a new floor exercise class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m. starting Sept. 6.  The center is located at 1840 W. Broadway, Bolivar.

The class will include stretching and strengthening exercises done within a group setting. Participants will gain strength, flexibility and confidence and will improve their quality of life while socializing with peers.

You must be a member to participate. Membership to the CMH Senior Health Center is free and open to anyone over the age of 55 in Polk, Greene, Dallas, Dade, Hickory, Cedar and St. Clair Counties. If you are not currently a member at the CMH Senior Health Center, please pick up an enrollment packet at the front desk.
