Caring for Aging Parents the topic at CMH Lunch & Learn April 7

Free seminar and luncheon

“Caring for Aging Parents” will be the focus at a free Lunch and Learn seminar hosted by Citizens Memorial Healthcare (CMH) April 7, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CMH Community Rooms.  Presenters at the luncheon will include hospital and long-term care professionals from CMH.

Topics to be addressed include: the different levels of care and the cost of each level; decision making; driving; loss of independence; how to talk about issues with parents, siblings and loved ones; transition periods in the aging process; insurance; telehealth; and selecting practitioners and specialists.
