Community Springs Healthcare Facility, located in El Dorado Springs, is just a block from Cedar County Memorial Hospital and is certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Accommodations include 105 beds with private and semi-private rooms and a special care unit specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia.

Our goal is to have your loved ones recognize and achieve the highest potential through the natural aging process or after the onset of a disabling disease. We offer a variety of activities each month.
