Colonial Springs Healthcare Center, Medicare and Medicaid certified, is a newly remodeled 134-bed licensed skilled nursing care facility in Buffalo.

We offer a special care unit specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia.

Colonial Springs was selected by Missouri for the Alzheimer’s Demonstration Project, based on its exceptional special care program, and was also the first skilled nursing care facility in the nation to be awarded Star Status for its employee safety program upon first application by the Occupational Health and Safety’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP).
