Department: CMH HOS Nutr Svc
Description: Supervises food preparation and meal services to residents, visitors, and staff of the facility; develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures; cooperates with Infection Control and Quality Improvement Committee to develop and maintain quality programs and standards; supervises department staff; assists in the development of a workable and efficient Dietitian/Nutritional Services Department budget; identifies and meets the educational needs of the Dietitian/Nutritional Services Department staff; helps select and orient new employees; coordinates departmental activities with other departments and personnel; maintains all required documentation; sets an example to staff and other employees by professional attitude and behavior; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.
Shift: shift 1 FT, Exp in Nut Serv Mgmt required. BS/BA pref.
Hours: Full Time position working 80 Hours/Period - This position requires working Variable Hours, Weekends
