Please enter your name and your account number. Account numbers can be found on your hospital or clinic bill. If you are having trouble finding your account number, please contact our Customer Service Department at 417-328-6508 or 800-326-0508 before making a payment. Payments are processed through PayPal and can be made with a credit card or a PayPal account. Click on the "Buy Now". You will be able to enter the amount you wish to pay on PayPal's website.

The CMH Patient Portal Patient Portal can also be used for online bill pay. In addition to bill pay featues, you can securely communicate with your CMH Provider, view your medication records, request a medication refill, view visit notes and more.

Financial Assistance

Citizens Memorial Hospital offers financial assistance to those that qualify. Click here to download the application. Low income and/or uninsured patients can take advantage of available discounts if they qualify.
