Supporting our Communities

CMH is proud to contribute to our community by supporting select organizations and events that promote health and wellness and improve the lives of those in need.

If you are seeking a sponsorship from CMHor community support, you must meet one or more of the following factors:

  • Serve the hospital's Mission, Vision and Values
  • Support our vision of "caring for every generation" and/or support the hospital's specific healthcare services and programs
  • Support the health and well-being of our patients and their families in our primary or secondary service area geography, where the funds remain in Benton, Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Hickory, Northern Greene, Polk, Southwest Camden, and St. Clair counties
  • Provide meaningful and measurable results of the impact of the donation on the organization or the community
  • Support our physicians, board members, employees or other members of the hospital family in their effort to contribute to the community
  • Have not already received a sponsorship from CMH within the fiscal year

The following requests may not be considered for charitable support:

  • Administrative or operational support
  • Individuals (e.g. sponsoring an individual trying to earn money to go on a trip)
  • Labor or fraternal groups
  • Political campaigns, candidates, parties or partisan activities
  • Programs outside of our service areas
  • Organizations whose philosophy or mission is not in alignment or contradicts the Mission, Vision and Values of CMH
  • Solicitations on hospital system properties
  • Organizations whose purpose is in direct competition to CMH or to the fund-raising efforts of the CMH Foundation
  • Requests for funding in excess of $5,000

Requests for sponsorships, donations or funding should be directed to the Director of Community Relations, who coordinates the donations and sponsorship review process. Requests should be received at least 60 days before any event or activity for which the funds are needed. Requests are submitted and reviewed monthly. Due to the number of requests we receive, only those we commit to fulfill will receive a response. Your request should include: name of organization; contact information; what the request will support; amount requested; and when the donation is needed by. Email or send written requests to:
