Citizens Memorial Healthcare is a highly integrated rural health system located in Bolivar, MO. At Citizens Memorial Our health system includes a 74 acute bed hospital, physician clinic, long term care facilities and home care services.

At CMH, we pride ourselves on using technology to increase patient safety and staff satisfaction. We use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) throughout the system. We strive to provide our physicians with the tools and resources that allow them to leverage the EMR to improve patient care.
